INTRODUCTION
The goal of this project was to establish Lalana’s online presence and promote the business, showcase its services and facilities, and attract potential clients through strong visual communication.
I designed all Instagram content from the ground up using Canva, creating promotional, service-based, and branding visuals aligned with the studio’s existing identity. Content was strategically planned and posted to maximise visibility and reach, supporting client engagement and enquiries through consistent, purposeful design.

Constraints
A key challenge was the limited availability of content at certain stages when the client was too busy - to counter this problem, reusable branding, promotional and informational templates were created and shared during those periods.
STRATEGY
To maintain visibility and keep the studio active on Instagram, content was regularly posted to the grid or in story form each week. Clients were also engaged through direct messages with promotions, and post-appointment follow-ups. A loyalty system was also implemented to encourage repeat visits and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Lalana already had a logo, colour palette, and basic brand direction in place before the project began. However, the brand identity lacked a clearly defined visual system. My goal was to work with these existing elements to improve consistency and structure across all designs and create calm, clean, and visually appealing designs that align with Lalana’s wellness and beauty services.
